Requests is a company wide 'to do' manager. It replaces all those different systems people use to remember things to do, and puts them in one, central place so they don't get forgotten. Plus, it's integrated with aeonscope Contacts and Production (Jobs) modules.
Centralising all "to do's" in one system has many benefits. They don't get lost, you become more organised and it empowers the company because other staff members can view requests for not only themselves, but across the whole organisation, so they can offer their help to others if possible.
Requests is used to keep track of things to be done for clients, suppliers or general administrative tasks like requiring to get the Fire Extinguishers checked regularly.
Right is a view of all requests for one person (My Jobs). The column (Pr) is Priority, which can be Low, Medium, High or On Hold. You define the different types of requests, and in this example, departments have been used such as Marketing, Administration and R&D.
