The Contacts module keeps track of all your customers, suppliers, prospects and employees, and is integrated throughout all aeonscope modules. Better Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are what companies are striving for, and aeonscope Contacts lays the foundation for collecting that information for not only customers, but potential customers and suppliers as well.

Under Windows, aeonscope Contacts runs as a system tray application (bottom right corner next to the time). It is always there for you to look up contact and address details quickly.

With our ingenious design, aeonscope’s integration and cross-referencing of complex contact details like e-mail, mobile phones, addresses, websites and all the rest makes finding your important contacts easy and convenient.

aeonscope also knows postcodes - in fact, every postcode for every suburb in Australia. There is no need for you to key them in. What’s more, as postcodes are created or changed by Australia Post, they are added into our maintenance update schedule.

In addition, aeonscope has a powerful search feature which allows you to find:

• Companies or People or Both
• Debtors or Creditors or Employees (or any combination of)
• Company - Code, Name, ABN, ACN, Address (any part)
• People - Code, Name, Address (any part)
• Contain a word or phrase in their Comments

You can assign sales representatives, and for Debtors, Customers, Creditors or Suppliers, set terms of trade (eg. COD, 7,14, 30 Days from invoice date or Monthly) and specify their Credit Limit.

Contacts can be used to record details of any person or company you deal with, so you'll never lose their details again! It can be used as a great marketing and prospecting tool.
