Jobs can be costed out by charging for employees' time, or by charging based on a particular process, such as Design or Research.

Award interpretation allows timesheet data to be converted to ordinary hours, time and a half, double, not paid, sick leave, annual leave etc., for export into payroll systems such as ADP Employer Service's Prism payroll solution. As well, it helps you meet Award and Site Agreement conditions!

Analysis of timesheet data is done via our OLAP (OnLine Analytical Processing) program that examines your data from different perspectives of your organisation. For a given date range, chargeable and non-chargeable hours can be looked at by any combination of Employee, Process, Work Centre or Department. The data can also be exported directly into Excel for reporting or graphing.
